Cosmopolitan
The 160-meter-high Cosmopolitan Tower is the second tallest building in Warsaw. The development features overground 44 levels. Floors 1 to 3 are occupied by office premises, while the ground floor is intended for shops and restaurants. The residential area of the development starts at the floor 8, and extends upwards. The complex also comes with a 3-level underground garage with as many as 299 parking spaces.
Cosmopolitan was designed by Helmut Jahn, one of the most renowned contemporary architects. It is his very first development in Poland.
Cosmopolitan has several noteworthy features:
Its over 2.5-meter-high windows grant plenty of natural light along with one of the best views in Warsaw; the spectacular panorama includes the Palace of Culture and Science, the skyscrapers of the Warsaw's Business Center, as well as Saski Park, the Old Town, Żoliborz, the National Stadium and the Vistula River.
The building's 4th floor holds a relaxation area available exclusively to its residents. It features a fitness club with a gym, massage rooms, dry and wet sauna, jacuzzi and other attractions. The level also grants access to a green terrace of 950m2, overlooking the Grzybowski Suqare.
Cosmopolitan is situated right in the Warsaw’s Central Business District, near Jana Pawła II Avenue and the ONZ Roundabout. The development is easy to access thanks to its proximity to many stops of public transportation. The nearby conveniences include hotels, restaurants, city bike stations and shops.
